Opportunity for Leadership and Ownership Run Right Power Equipment – Harmony, Minnesota Run Right Power Equipment is seeking a motivated young man to join our team with the potential to grow into a management and ownership role. We are a family-owned power equipment dealership located in beautiful Harmony, Minnesota, on the edge of the Driftless Region. We sell and service outdoor power equipment brands including Husqvarna, Altoz, Greenworks, Generac, and DR Power Equipment. We also operate pay-at-the-pump fuel sales and carry logging supplies. This is more than a job opening. Our current manager, Roger Holdeman, has spent many years building relationships with customers and suppliers and helping grow the business into a trusted local dealership. As he begins to consider partial retirement in the coming years, we are looking for a young man who is interested in learning the business, accepting increasing responsibility, and eventually stepping into a leadership role. What the Position May Include * Customer service and sales * Parts lookup and inventory management * Service scheduling and work order management * Equipment setup and delivery * Supplier and vendor relations * Learning the day-to-day operation of a dealership * Helping lead and coordinate employees * Long-term business management responsibilities What We Are Looking For * Strong work ethic * Dependability and punctuality * Willingness to learn * Good people skills * Experience is helpful but not required.
