Two Manager Positions Available

Valley Trailers/Creative Fab & Welding has been growing in Leesburg, Ohio since 2005 and currently employs 40-50 people full time. Two of our managers have reached retirement age and we are looking to fill two salaried positions by the end of 2026. Working hours are Monday through Thursday with three days off each weekend. Duties include invoicing, paying bills, ordering material, taking customer orders, trailer sales, answering calls, organizing work, and more! You will not need to manage people. Other managers and supervisors oversee the parts team, welders, powder coating, trailer assembly, and trucking. Overlap with current managers for training purposes is mandatory.
